Your information
Privacy at HoneyPacks.
We use the information you provide to run the store, respond to you, and send the emails you ask for.
Shopping and support
Your bag is stored in your browser. When you contact us or provide order details, we use that information to help with your request and manage your order. Our store is hosted on Railway, and our customer-service email uses Google Workspace.
Address suggestions
When Google Maps address suggestions are available, the address text you type is sent to Google to find matching Canadian addresses. We use the address you select for your checkout and order. You can enter your address manually instead. Google’s handling of this information is covered by the Google Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this policy for the address-suggestion feature.
Email offers
If you subscribe, we store your email address, your signup consent, and your personal offer code. We use Resend to deliver those emails, including welcome offers and follow-ups based on your purchases or confirmed delivery. If you separately opt into shopping reminders, a signed cookie identifies your browser for 30 days and we keep one current browsing or bag snapshot for up to 30 days to send relevant reminders. This optional data is stored in our store database, not sent to Meta. We honour Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track for these reminders. Stock-alert requests expire after 90 days. Unsubscribing stops these emails and removes your shopping-reminder snapshot. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also contact us to stop receiving offers.

Google Analytics uses cookies to measure page visits and store interactions. We do not send your email address, shipping address, or admin activity to Google Analytics. Advertising personalization is disabled.

Your choices
For questions about your information, or to request access, correction, or deletion, email hello@honeypacks.ca. We keep information needed for active orders, support, unsubscribe preferences, and business records, and assess deletion requests against those needs.
Optional Meta ad measurement
If you choose Allow in our ad measurement notice, Meta Pixel and Conversions API measure eligible homepage visits and confirmed purchases. Meta receives event times and identifiers, the purchase amount in Canadian dollars, browser information, IP address and available Meta cookies or ad-click identifiers. This helps attribute sales to our Facebook and Instagram ads and improve ad delivery. We do not send product names, product views, cart contents, payment credentials, email addresses or other contact details through this integration. Automatic event collection and advanced matching are disabled.
We may save the ad creative that brought you here for seven days and associate it with your order. At checkout, we save your measurement permission and matching identifiers so a confirmed payment can be measured even if you do not return from the payment provider. We remove those matching identifiers from the order after successful delivery to Meta; unsuccessful events are eligible for retry for up to seven days after payment.
Your choice lasts up to six months in this browser. Use Ad privacy choices in the footer to withdraw permission and stop unsent purchase events associated with this browser’s checkout session. Declining does not affect shopping or your discount. We honour Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. Meta processes received information under its Privacy Policy. This choice controls Meta measurement; Google Analytics is described separately above.
